The present invention relates to a personalized diet-providing system for children and adolescents to provide a diet suitable for infants, children, and adolescents who have food restriction or require predetermined nutritional supplements and a personalized diet-providing method using the same. According to the present invention, the personalized diet-providing system comprises: a first information input unit receiving personal information and information on allergy-inducing food of a subject to be managed; a second information input unit receiving information on chronic diseases and recommended intake nutrients for the corresponding chronic diseases of the subject to be managed; a third information input unit receiving information on allergy-inducing food of a family of the subject to be managed; a nutrition calculation unit calculating the daily required calories or nutrients of the subject to be managed on the basis of the personal information of the subject to be managed input from the first information input unit; and a diet generation unit selecting a recommended food from foods stored in a food database on the basis of the personal information of the subject to be managed and the information on the recommended intake nutrients input through the first and second information input units and generating a recommended diet with the recommended foods to correspond to the daily required calories or nutrients calculated by the nutrition calculator while excluding the allergen-inducing foods of the subject to be managed and the family of the subject to be managed collected in the first and third information input units from the recommended foods, thereby generating a recommended diet. 본 발명은 소아청소년을 위한 개인 맞춤 식단 제공 시스템 및 이를 이용한 개인 맞춤 식단 제공 방법에 관한 것으로서, 상기 소아청소년을 위한 개인 맞춤 식단 제공 시스템은 관리 대상자의 개인 정보 및 알레르기 유발 음식에 대한 정보가 입력될 수 있는 제1정보입력부와, 상기 관리 대상자의 만성질환 또는 해당 만성질환에 대한 권장 섭취 영양소에 대한 정보가 입력될 수 있는 제2정보입력부와, 상기 관리 대상자의 가족의 알레르기 유발 음식에 대한 정보가 입력되는 제3정보입력부와, 상기 제1정보입력부에서 입력된 상기 관리 대상자의 개인 정보를 토대로 해당 관리 대상자의 하루 필요 칼로리 또는 영양소를 산출하는 영양 산출부와, 상기 제1 및 제2정보입력부를 통해 입력된 상기 관리 대상자의 개인 정보, 및 권장 섭취 영양소에 대한 정보를 토대로 식품 데이터 베이스에 저장된 식품들 중 추천 식품을 선정하고, 상기 영양 산출부에서 산출된 상기 하루 필요 칼로리 또는 영양소에 대응되게 상기 추천 식품으로 추천식단을 생성하되, 상기 추천 식품에서 상기 제1 및 제3정보입력부에서 수집된 상기 관리 대상자 및 해당 관리 대상자의 가족의 알레르기 유발 식품을 제외하여 상기 추천식단을 생성하는 식단작성부를 구비한다.
