OLED APPARATUS FOR MANUFACTURING OLED

Since OLEDs are sensitive to oxygen and moisture, it is necessary to solve problems such as performance deterioration of an element, lifespan shortening, and a remarkably poor yield of a panel process when the OLEDs are inspected in air. According to the present invention, an OLED manufacturing device for solving the above problems comprises: a first chamber; a first buffer chamber connected to the first chamber to receive a substrate discharged from the first chamber, wherein the first buffer chamber forms a vacuum therein; a second chamber connected to the first buffer chamber to receive the substrate discharged from the first buffer chamber; and an inspection unit installed in the first buffer chamber to inspect the substrate received into the inside of the first buffer chamber. OLED는 산소와 수분에 민감하므로 OLED를 공기중에서 검사하는 경우에 소자의 성능 저하, 수명 단축, 패널공정의 수율이 현저하게 떨어지는 문제 등을 해결할 필요가 있다. 상기 문제를 해결하기 위한 본 발명에 따른 OLED 제조장비는 제1챔버, 상기 제1챔버로부터 반출되는 기판이 반입되도록 상기 제1챔버와 연결되고, 내부에 진공이 형성될 수 있는 제1버퍼챔버, 상기 제1버퍼챔버로부터 반출되는 상기 기판이 반입되도록 상기 제1버퍼챔버와 연결된 제2챔버 및 상기 제1버퍼챔버 내부에 반입된 상기 기판의 검사를 수행할 수 있도록 상기 제1버퍼챔버에 설치되는 검사유닛을 포함한다.
