가요성 3D-인쇄 워터 볼러스 삽입물

머리와 목 부위의 온열 치료 중, 전자파를 유도하고 환자의 피부를 냉각시키는 치료에 사용되는 종래의 워터 볼러스는 워터 볼러스 내의 물의 무게 및/또는 압력으로 인해 환자의 얼굴에 쓰러질 수 있다. 이를 개선하기 위해 워터 볼러스 내부에 삽입물이 제공될 수 있으며, 삽입물은 추가적인 강성을 제공하여 물의 무게와 압력에 대한 저항력을 제공한다. 그러나 삽입물은 환자의 형태에 대해 과도한 저항력이 없어야 하므로, 삽입물에는 제1 하중 방향으로 제1 강성이 제공되고, 제2 하중 방향으로 제2 강성이 제공되고, 여기서 제1 강성은 제2 강성과 동일하지 않다. During hyperthermia treatment of the head and neck area a conventional water bolus, used in such treatment for guiding electromagnetic waves and cooling the patient's skin, may collapse onto the patient's face due to the weight and/or pressure of the water inside the water bolus. An insert may be provided inside the water bolus to remedy this, wherein the insert provides additional stiffness and thus resistance against the water's weight and pressure. The insert however should not be too resistant against the shape of the patient, and thus an insert is provided with a first stiffness in a first load direction and a second stiffness in a second load direction, wherein the first stiffness is not equal to the second stiffness.
