Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a marker selection method using a difference in methylation of nucleic acids, a methyl or demethyl marker, and a diagnostic method using the marker. More specifically, the present invention relates to a novel method for screening disease-specific demethylation markers using a difference in methylation in free nucleic acids; a demethylation marker selected by the method; a new cancer diagnosis method by methylation detection, which calculates the frequency of markers and determines cancer; and a cancer-specific demethylation marker in selected cfDNA. The method of the present invention can select cancer-specific demethylation marker from cfDNA. The selected marker can provide information necessary for a diagnosis of cancer, monitoring of a treatment regimen, and a prognosis of a cancer patient, and thus can be usefully used for anticancer treatment. 본 발명은 핵산의 메틸화 차이를 이용한 마커 선별방법, 탈메틸 마커 및 이 마커를 이용한 진단방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 유리 핵산에서의 메틸화 차이를 이용하는 질환 특이 탈메틸화 마커를 선별하는 새로운 방법, 이 방법에 의해서 선별된 탈메틸화 마커 및 마커의 빈도를 산출하여 암으로 판정하는 메틸화 검출에 의한 새로운 암 진단 방법 및 선별된 cfDNA에서의 암 특이 탈메틸화 마커에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 방법은 cfDNA에서의 암 특이 탈메틸화 마커를 선별할 수 있으며, 선별된 마커는 암의 진단, 치료 요법에 대한 모니터링, 암 환자의 예후에 필요한 정보를 제공할 수 있어 항암 치료에 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.
