Electromechanical Braking Mechanism

The present invention relates to an electromechanical brake apparatus. According to one embodiment of the present invention, a brake apparatus is provided, and comprises: a rod configured to translate in response to a depression of a brake pedal; a master cylinder configured to discharge a brake oil therein as the rod is inserted; a motor; a gear mechanism at least partly connected to the master cylinder and at least partly connected to the motor; and a securing member including a gear-side fastening unit, at least a portion of which is configured to be fastened with the gear mechanism and the master cylinder, and at least another part of the securing member including a motor-side fastening unit configured to be fastened to the motor. A main object of the present invention is to provide the electromechanical brake apparatus having excellent durability and capable of reducing noise. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 의하면, 브레이크 페달의 답입에 대응하여 병진운동 하도록 구성된 로드(rod); 상기 로드가 삽입됨에 따라 내부의 브레이크 오일을 토출하도록 구성된 마스터실린더(master cylinder); 모터(motor); 적어도 일부가 상기 마스터실린더와 연결되며 다른 적어도 일부가 상기 모터와 연결되는 기어 메커니즘(gear mechanism); 및 적어도 일부가 상기 기어 메커니즘 및 상기 마스터실린더와 체결되도록 구성된 기어측 체결부 및 다른 적어도 일부가 상기 모터와 체결되도록 구성된 모터측 체결부를 포함하는 고정부재(securing member)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 브레이크 장치를 제공한다.
