Zusammenfassung:	A wheel washing fluid treatment device of the present invention includes: a disinfection tank in which used wheel washing liquid and sludge generated by foreign substances are introduced together with a disinfectant solution to sterilize livestock infectious diseases; a dissolution tank in which the used wheel washing liquid and sludge treated in the disinfection tank are transported and introduced together with an eluent, to elute heavy metals; and a settling tank in which the used wheel washing liquid and sludge treated in the dissolution tank are transferred and introduced, and the sludge is settled. In the settling tank, the sludge is separated from a supernatant, neutralized, and then disposed. 본 발명의 세륜액 처리장치는, 사용한 세륜액 및 이물질에 의해 생성된 슬러지가 소독액과 함께 유입되어 축산 전염병균을 소독하는 소독조; 상기 소독조에서 처리된 사용한 세륜액 및 슬러지가 이송되어 용출제와 함께 유입되며, 중금속을 용출시키는 용출조; 및 상기 용출조에서 처리된 처리된 사용한 세륜액 및 슬러지가 이송되어 유입되며, 슬러지가 침전되는 침전조를 포함하고, 상기 침전조에서 슬러지는 상등수와 분리되어 중화처리된 후 폐기처리 되는 것을 특징으로 합니다.
