The data-based environmental pollutant treatment system comprises: a monitoring information collection unit for collecting monitoring information including information on changes in pollution level-related information over time after pollutants are supplied to a pollutant treatment area in a monitoring step; an operation information collection unit for collecting operation information including movable equipment operation information, the pollution level-related information, and used energy-related information while a user operates movable equipment for treatment of the pollutants in an operation step; an idling information collecting unit for collecting idling information including the pollution level-related information and the used energy-related information in an idling step in which the operation of the movable equipment for the pollutants is stopped; a data set information generation unit for generating a plurality of data set information by using the monitoring information, the operation information, and the idling information as information on a data set; a cluster generation unit for classifying the plurality of data set information into one or more clusters based on the monitoring information; a representative operation information selection unit for selecting representative operation information by analyzing the operation information of one or more of the data set information included in the clusters; a cluster matching unit for analyzing the monitoring information including the information on changes in the pollution level-related information over time after the pollutants are supplied to the pollutant treatment area, and matching the same with one related cluster of the one or more clusters; and a guide operation information selection unit for selecting representative operation information, corresponding to the cluster matched by the cluster matching unit, as guide operation information.
