Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing Andong hemp ashes envelope using Andong hemp with insect-proof, moisture proof, and antibacterial functions, which is for storing the ashes in an ashes box, and maximizes the waterproof, moisture-proof, insect-repellent, and antibacterial properties of the hemp fabric itself by a natural coating composition so as to enable long-term storage of ashes without altering or damaging the ashes. The method comprises: a raw material aging treatment process of adding burlap stems, green persimmons, lacquer bark, and salt to purified water, and then heating and aging the same at 80 to 85℃ for 90 to 100 hours to obtain an aged treatment solution; a natural coating solution acquiring process of adding and heating the antlers to the aged treatment solution to obtain a natural coating composition in which the mucous antlers dissolved by heating are mixed; an impregnation treatment process of preheating the natural coating composition to a temperature of 40 to 50℃, impregnating hemp fabric with the preheated natural coating composition, dehydrating and naturally drying the impregnated hemp fabric to form a natural coating layer in which the natural coating composition penetrates and hardens the hemp fabric; and a sewing process of sewing the hemp fabric after the impregnation treatment process has been completed to manufacture an ashes envelop for the ashes box.
본 발명은 유골함 내에 유골분을 수납하여 보관하는 것으로, 천연 코팅 조성물에 의해 삼베원단 자체의 방수성과, 방습성과, 방충성, 및 항균성이 극대화되어, 유골분의 변질이나 훼손없이 유골분의 장기 보관이 가능하도록 한 방충, 방습, 및 항균기능을 갖는 안동대마를 이용한 안동 삼베 봉안포의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에서는 정재수에, 삼베대 줄기와, 풋감과, 옻껍질과, 및 소금을 투입한 다음 90 내지 100시간 동안 80 내지 85℃로 가열 숙성하여 숙성 처리액을 수득하는 원료 숙성처리공정과; 상기 숙성 처리액에 녹각풀을 투입하여 가열하여서, 가열에 의해 용해된 점액질의 녹각풀이 혼입된 천연 코팅 조성물을 수득하는 천액 코팅액 수득 공정과; 상기 천연 코팅 조성물을 40℃ 내지 50℃의 온도로 예열한 다음, 상기 예열된 천연 코팅 조성물에 삼베원단을 함침 처리한 후, 상기 함침 처리된 삼베 원단을 탈수 및 자연 건조하여서, 삼베원단에 천연 코팅 조성물이 침투 및 경화된 천연 코팅층을 형성하는 함침 처리공정; 및 상기 함침 처리공정을 마친 삼베원단을 봉제하여 유골함용 봉안포를 제조하는 봉제공정을 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다. |
