Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed in the present invention is a hybrid compound formed by combining valsartan or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and sacubitril or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, which can be used as a main component of a pharmaceutical composition that reduces the risk of heart failure through a dual action of improving the protective neurohormonal system of the heart by inhibiting angiotensin receptor and neprilysin enzyme compared to an existing angiotensin receptor (ACE) inhibitor. 본 발명은 기존 안지오텐신수용체(ACE)억제제 대비 안지오텐신 수용체 억제 및 네프릴리신 효소를 억제하여 심장의 보호적인 신경호르몬 체계를 향상시키는 이중작용을 통해 심부전의 위험을 줄이는 약제학적 조성물의 주성분으로 이용될 수 있는 발사르탄 또는 이의 약제학적으로 허용되는 염과, 사쿠비트릴 또는 이의 약제학적으로 허용되는 염이 결합하여 이루어지는 하이브리드 화합물이 개시된다.
