Zusammenfassung:According to the present invention, a manufacturing method of an S-CAM shaft for a vehicle brake comprises: a heating process with respect to a supplied metal material; a plurality of forging steps with respect to the metal material passing through the heating process; and a cooling step with respect to the metal material passing the plurality of forging steps. Accordingly, the present invention performs non-cutting processing on a shape of a head portion of an S-CAM shaft for a vehicle brake by precise forging while omitting a cutting process. 본 발명에 따른 자동차 브레이크용 S-CAM 샤프트의 제조방법은 공급된 금속 소재에 대한 가열 공정; 상기 가열 공정을 거친 금속 소재에 대한 복수의 단조 단계; 및 상기 복수의 단조 단계를 거친 금속 소재에 대한 냉각 단계;를 포함하며, 이를 통해 절삭 가공 과정을 생략한 상태에서 자동차 브레이크용 S-CAM 샤프트의 헤드부 형상에 대한 가공을 정밀 단조에 의한 비절삭 가공으로 수행한다.
