The present invention relates to an endoscope treatment channel plug with an outlet for collecting secretion, which is coupled to a channel hole of an endoscopic treatment device to collect secretions flowing backward when an insertion tube of the endoscopic device is inserted through the channel hole, and an endoscopic device including the same. According to the present invention, the endoscopic treatment channel plug comprises: a main body in having an intermediate film formed not to communicate in one direction, having a coupling groove formed on one side around the intermediate film to allow an endoscope to be coupled thereto, and a secretion collection space formed on the other side to temporarily accommodate secretions flowing backward through an endoscopic treatment instrument channel; and an outlet having one end inserted into the secretion collection space and having the other end to protrude to the outside, thereby moving and guiding the secretions accommodated in the secretion collection space to the outside. Accordingly, since the endoscope treatment channel plug is coupled to an endoscopic treatment tool channel of an endoscope device, it is prevented that intestinal secretions flow backward into a cap of the endoscope treatment channel plug when an insertion tube of the endoscopic device is inserted through the endoscopic treatment tool channel, and the secretions are effectively collected, thereby preventing spread of nosocomial bacterial infection through the secretions, preventing an operator from being contaminated by the secretions, and providing a clean operation environment. 본 발명은 내시경 처치구의 채널 구멍에 결합되어, 상기 채널구멍을 통해 내시경 장치의 삽입관이 삽입될 때에 역류하는 분비물을 수집할 수 있는 배출구를 구비하는 내시경 처치구 채널 마개 및 이를 구비하는 내시경 장치는 내시경 장치에 관한 것으로서, 일방향으로 연통되지 않도록 중간막이 형성되며, 중간막을 중심으로 일측에 내시경이 결합되는 결합홈이 형성되고, 타측에 내시경 처치구 채널을 통해 역류하는 분비물을 임시 수용하는 분비물 수집공간이 형성되는 몸체; 및 일단이 분비물 수집공간으로 삽입되고, 타단이 바깥으로 돌출되어 분비물 수집공간에 수용된 분비물을 바깥으로 이동 안내하는 배출구;를 포함한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 내시경 장치의 내시경 처치구 채널에 결합되어 내시경 처치구 채널을 통하여 내시경 장치의 삽입관이 삽입될 때에, 장내 인체 분비물이 내시경 처치구 채널 마개의 뚜껑으로 역류하는 것을 방지하고, 분비물을 효과적으로 수집할 수 있어 분비물을 통한 원내 세균 감염 전파 및 시술자를 분비물로부터 오염을 예방할 수 있으며, 청결한 시술 환경을 제공할 수 있다.
