Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed are a center and side lifting device for lifting a concrete track which has a hydraulic jack capable of lifting a concrete track from roadbed (G) and simultaneously lifts a center portion and both sides portions of the concrete track to stably and rapidly repair differential settlement of the roadbed, and a concrete track lifting method using the same. 노반(G)으로부터 콘크리트궤도를 인상시킬 수 있는 유압잭을 포함하되, 콘크리트궤도의 중앙부와 양 측방을 동시에 인상시켜 안정적이고 신속한 노반의 부등침하 보수가 가능한 콘크리트궤도 인상용 중앙부 및 측방 리프팅장치 및 이를 이용한 콘크리트궤도 인상방법이 개시된다.
