Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a method for producing inorganic salt crystals through the direct combustion of rice bran, including the steps of: agitating rice bran powder with water to prepare a plurality of circular molded rice bran products, introducing the molded rice bran products into a direct combustion container, carrying out first direct heating with a heating means to carbonize the black-colored molded rice bran products into dark brown-colored molded rice bran products, and carrying out first cooling; carrying out second direct heating so that the dark brown-colored molded rice bran products may be molten into purple-colored molded rice bran products, and carrying out second cooling; carrying out third direct heating so that the molten purple-colored molded rice bran products may be molten into cobalt-colored inorganic salt, and carrying out third cooling to produce inorganic salt crystals. In this manner, it is possible to reduce the time required for producing inorganic salt crystals through the direct combustion of rice bran powder, and to obtain eco-friendly inorganic salt crystals by removing agricultural chemicals contained in rice bran. In addition, the inorganic salt crystals can be mixed with purified water so that it may be used as cosmetic water, makeup water, sterilizing water, a medical aid, a fertilizer additive, or the like, and as a deodorizing agent, bad odor diffusion-interrupting agent, fertilizer additive, agricultural chemical-decomposing agent, flame retardant, or the like. 본 발명은 쌀겨분말을 물과 교반하여 원형의 쌀겨성형물을 다수개로 준비하여 직화용기의 내부에 수용하고 가열수단으로 1차 직화가열하여 쌀겨성형물을 검은색에서 진갈색으로 탄화시켜 1차냉각한 후, 진갈색의 쌀겨성형물을 보라색으로 용융되게 2차직화가열하고 2차냉각한 후, 보라색의 용융된 쌀겨성형물을 코발트색으로 용융시켜 무기염류로 생성되게 3차 직화가열하고 3차냉각하여서 얻은 무기염류결정체를를 생성하여 쌀겨분말을 직화연소시켜 무기염류결정체를로 생성제조하는 시간을 단축시키고, 쌀겨에 함유된 농약성분이 제거되어 친환경적인 무기염류결정체를를 얻을 수 있으며, 이러한 무기염류결정체를를 정제수와 혼합하여 미용수, 화장수, 살균수, 의료보조재, 비료첨가제 등과 악취제거 및 악취확산차단제와 비료첨가제, 농약분해제 난연제로 사용하도록 한 쌀겨를 직화연소시켜 무기염류결정체를 생성하는 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
