| Zusammenfassung: | An embodiment provides a method and apparatus for controlling PDN access of a user terminal. In order to control new PDN access of a user terminal, the method for controlling PDN access includes: determining whether a category of a previous APN to which the user terminal was connected and a category of a target APN are the same, based on a PDN access request; determining, when the category of the previous APN and the category of the target APN are the same, whether the target APN is a pre-registered APN; and controlling, when the target APN is not a pre-registered APN, the PDN access of the user terminal based on a preset policy.
