SUBSTRATE PROCESSING APPARATUS AND SUBSTRATE PROCESSING METHOD

The present invention relates to an apparatus for processing a substrate, which reduces mislocation of a stage and a stage-peripheral member in a non-heated state and a heated state of a processing chamber. When the stage-peripheral member is installed in the processing chamber, the stage-peripheral member is fixed against the processing chamber by a first location pin disposed adjacent to a reference location. Meanwhile, a second location pin disposed to be farther than the first location pin from the reference location is inserted into a second hole portion having a long hole shape formed in a moving direction of the second location pin.
