Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a simultaneous cooling, heating, and hot water supplying type air conditioning system capable of performing hot water supplying, hot water supplying and heating, and hot water supplying and cooling in addition to cooling and heating functions through a plurality of four-way valves, and to a control method of the air conditioning system. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the simultaneous cooling, heating, and hot water supplying type air conditioning system comprises: an indoor unit having an indoor heat exchanger; an outdoor unit having a compressor, an outdoor heat exchanger, and a plurality of four-way valves; and a water tank exchanging heat with a high-temperature refrigerant discharged from the compressor to generate hot water. The plurality of four-way valves selectively supply the high-temperature refrigerant discharged through the compressor to the water tank, the indoor unit, and the outdoor heat exchanger. 본 발명은 복수의 사방밸브를 통해 냉방 및 난방 기능에 더하여 급탕, 급탕 및 난방, 급탕 및 냉방운전이 가능한 냉난방 및 급탕 동시형 공기조화시스템 및 그의 제어방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 냉난방 및 급탕 동시형 공기조화시스템은 실내 열교환기를 포함하는 실내기와, 압축기, 실외 열교환기 및 복수의 사방밸브를 포함하는 실외기와, 상기 압축기에서 배출된 고온의 냉매와 열교환되어 온수를 생성하는 물탱크를 포함하고, 상기 복수의 사방밸브는 상기 압축기를 통해 배출된 고온의 냉매를 상기 물탱크, 상기 실내기 및 상기 실외 열교환기에 선택적으로 공급한다.
