The processor may group a plurality of laundry-related devices into a plurality of groups based on usage information of each of the plurality of laundry-related devices to obtain tendency information of a group to which the laundry-related device belongs among the plurality of groups. Here, the artificial intelligence model may be learned based on the usage information received from the laundry-related device and the acquired tendency information.
