Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a composition having anti-oxidation or anti-inflammation, comprising a mixed extract of Helianthus tuberosus and Liriope muscari as active ingredients. Accordingly, not only activity of anti-oxidation or anti-inflammation can be drastically improved, but also use of an excipient can be excluded since an inulin substance of the Helianthus tuberosus is used instead of dextrin when a granule type tea is prepared. 본 발명은 돼지감자 및 맥문동의 혼합 추출물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 항산화 또는 항염증 활성을 갖는 조성물에 관한 것이다. 이에 의하여, 항산화 또는 항염증 활성을 현저히 향상시킬 뿐 아니라, 과립형 차로 제조할 때 돼지감자의 이눌린 성분으로 덱스트린 대용으로 사용할 수 있어 부형제의 사용을 배제할 수 있다.
