R- Pharmaceutical Composition Comprising R-Thioctic Acid Oil and Dispersing Agent

A pharmaceutical composition of the present invention is characterized by containing R-thioctic acid or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof as an active component, and additionally including oil and a dispersion aid. In the pharmaceutical composition of the present invention, the oil forms a protective layer surrounding the active component to protect the active component against exposure to an acidic environment, thereby preventing the degradation of the active component while the dispersion aid improves dispersibility in a dissolution liquid, and allowing the active component to exhibit a high dissolution rate even in a low pH environment. 본 발명의 약학조성물은 유효성분으로서 R-치옥트산 또는 이의 약학적으로 허용되는 염을 함유하며, 오일 및 분산보조제를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명의 약학조성물은 오일이 유효성분을 둘러싸는 보호층을 형성하여 산성 환경에 노출되지 않도록 보호함으로써 변성을 억제하고, 분산보조제가 용출액 내의 분산력을 향상시킴으로써, 낮은 pH 환경에서도 높은 유효성분 용출률이 나타나는 것을 특징으로 한다.
