MANUFACTURING METHOD AND INJECTION MOLD FOR DIAPHRAGM

An injection mold for molding a diaphragm for a washing machine is disclosed. The injection mold comprises: a first core provided to form the front surface of a diaphragm; a second core provided to face the first core; a first intermediate core provided between the first core and the second core and having a shape corresponding to the inner surface of the diaphragm; a second intermediate core having a shape corresponding to a portion of the outer surface of the diaphragm; a front slide disposed between the first core and the second intermediate core to form an undercut in a portion of one end of the diaphragm and provided to be movable with respect to the second intermediate core; and a rod having a horizontal part interfering with the front slide and an inclined part at one end to prevent movement of the front slide with respect to the second intermediate core when the diaphragm is released.
