The present invention relates to a polishing apparatus for rotating a work by 360 degrees. An objective of the present invention is to realize a structure in which an internal rotary shaft in a tilting housing is laterally pushed by an internal adjustment screw to tightly attach a worm gear to an internal rotary gear while the internal rotary shaft elastically bends with the internal rotary gear as a support point to prevent a backlash. To achieve the objective, the polishing apparatus for rotating a work by 360 degrees comprises: a lower table (4) coupling both sides of a tilting housing (20) with a jig (54) installed thereon; a Y-axis motor (8) moving the lower table (4) forward and backward; an X-axis motor (12) providing transport power in an X-axis direction; and an upper table (14) moving to the left and right by the X-axis motor (12), and vertically mounting a polishing cylinder (16) having a polishing member (18) coupled to a rod to an upper portion thereof. An external rotary gear (24) is coupled to the gear rotating shaft (22). An external rotary shaft (28) laterally arranged while a worm gear (26) is gear-coupled thereto is coupled to the external rotary gear (24). The external rotary shaft (28) couples an external motor (30) to the other end thereof, is coupled to a support (32) by a bearing, and is installed on a lifting panel (34).
