Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an ainsliaea acerifolia beverage and an ainsliaea acerifolia beverage manufactured thereby, wherein the method includes the steps of: (a) hydrolyzing after adding viscozyme to a mixture in which water is added to ainsliaea acerifolia powder; (b) treating the hydrolyzate of step (a) with ethanol; (c) manufacturing ainsliaea acerifolia extract powder by freeze-drying an ainsliaea acerifolia extract obtained by homogenizing the ethanol-treated hydrolyzate of step (b) under ultra-high pressure; and (d) mixing the ainsliaea acerifolia extract powder manufactured in step (c) with persimmon syrup, water, indigestible maltodextrin and a steviol glycoside.
