Zusammenfassung:The present invention provides nanoparticles easy to penetrate into the skin by encapsulating lutein derived from PB17 (Auxenochlorella protothecoides, Chlorella minutissima) which is cultured by a PSP method and extracted in a supercritical way. PB17-lutein-encapsulated nanoparticles are cubosomes made of monoolein and formed into cubic phases. The size of cubosomes containing PB17-lutein is approximately 100-200 nanometers and exhibits 30-40% transmittance in an artificial skin membrane. PB17-lutein encapsulated with cubosomes formed of monoolein presented in the present invention has an excellent skin penetration property, no skin irritation, and excellent antioxidant, whitening and wrinkle alleviation effects. 이 발명은 PSP 방법으로 배양되어 초임계 방식으로 추출된 PB17(Auxenochlorella protothecoides, Chlorella minutissima) 유래 루테인을 캡슐화하여 피부에 침투하기 쉬운 나노입자를 제시한 것이다. PB17-루테인이 캡슐화된 나노입자는 모노올레인으로 만들어지고 큐빅상으로 만들어진 큐보좀이다. PB17-루테인을 함유한 큐보좀의 크기는 대략 100-200 나노미터이고, 인공 피부막에서 30-40% 투과율을 나타낸다. 본 발명에서 제시하는 모노올레인으로 형성된 큐보좀에 캡슐화된 PB17-루테인은 피부침투성이 우수하며 피부자극이 없고, 항산화, 미백 및 주름개선 효과가 우수하다.
