Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a copper-doped zinc oxide photocatalyst, capable of effectively removing organic dyes even in a visible region using the copper-doped zinc oxide, and an organic dye decomposition method using the same. A method for preparing the copper-doped zinc oxide photocatalyst of the present invention can effectively prepare the copper-doped photocatalyst using a low temperature and low energy by hydrothermal synthesis. The copper-doped zinc oxide photocatalyst of the present invention can decompose methylene blue up to 94.2% in visible light by increasing photocatalytic efficiency in the visible light. 본 발명은 구리 도핑된 산화아연을 이용하여 가시광선 영역에서도 유기 염료를 효과적으로 제거할 수 있는 구리 도핑된 산화아연 광촉매 및 이를 이용한 유기 염료 분해 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 구리 도핑된 산화아연 광촉매 제조방법은 수열 합성법으로 낮은 온도와 적은 에너지를 사용하여 효과적으로 구리 도핑된 광촉매를 제조할 수 있다. 본 발명의 구리 도핑된 산화아연 광촉매는 가시광선에서의 광촉매 효율을 높여 메틸렌블루를 가시광선으로 94.2%까지 분해할 수 있다.
