Disclosed is a laundry treatment apparatus. The laundry treatment apparatus according to one embodiment of the present disclosure comprises: a housing; a tub which is provided in the housing and extended vertically, and wherein a length extended vertically is smaller than a width; a drum rotationally provided in the tub; a fastening unit provided on the outer circumferential surface of the tub; a holding unit provided on the inner surface of the housing; and a suspension assembly coupled to the fastening unit and the holding unit. The fastening unit is extended from the outer peripheral surface of the tub in the direction crossing the radial direction of the tub.
