Zusammenfassung:	A photosensing pixel includes a substrate, a photosensing region, a floating diffusion region, a transfer gate, and a control electrode. The photosensing region is located within the substrate. The floating diffusion region is located next to the photosensing region in the substrate. The transfer gate is disposed on the substrate and extended into the photosensing region. The control electrode is disposed on the substrate and extended into the floating diffusion region. 감광 픽셀은 기판, 감광 영역, 부유 확산 영역, 전송 게이트 및 제어 전극을 포함한다. 감광 영역은 기판 내에 위치한다. 부유 확산 영역은 기판 내에서 감광 영역 옆에 위치한다. 전송 게이트는 기판 상에 배치되며 감광 영역 내로 연장된다. 제어 전극은 기판 상에 배치되며 부유 확산 영역 내로 연장된다.
