Zusammenfassung:	The present disclosure provides, in a pixel sensing, a technology in which a parasitic impedance formed in a sensing line does not affect an integrating circuit using a current mirror circuit coupled with an operational amplifier. The present invention includes: an amplifier circuit; an analog front end unit including an integrating circuit for integrating a current flowing through a second transistor; an analog-to-digital converter for generating sensed data corresponding to an output voltage of the integrating circuit; and a data transmitter for transmitting the sensed data to an external device. 본 실시예는 화소센싱에 있어서, 연산증폭기와 결합된 전류미러회로를 이용하여 센싱라인에 형성되는 기생임피던스가 적분회로에 영향을 미치지 못하게 하는 기술을 제공한다.
