본 발명에 따른 속방층과 서방층으로 구성된 약학 제형은 2상(biphasic) 용출 프로파일을 가짐으로써 초기에 시벤졸린의 유효혈중농도에 빠르게 도달할 수 있고, 후기에는 유효혈중농도를 지속적으로 유지시켜 단일 제형으로 1일 1회 복용만으로도 시벤졸린의 약효를 유지할 수 있다. |
