HOLDING TABLE

An objective of the present invention is to provide a holding table that enables automatic exchange by an apparatus with a simple structure. The holding table includes a holding plate having a holding surface for holding a target object, and a base for mounting the holding plate detachably. The base is provided with a hook erected from an upper surface. On the lower surface of the holding plate, there is a recess that engages with the hook. While the hook is accommodated in the recess, the holding plate and the base are relatively rotated around the axis in a positional relationship overlapping from an obliquely shifted state in a planar direction, thereby fitting the recess to the hook and fixing the holding plate to the base. (해결 수단) 유지 테이블은, 피가공물을 유지하는 유지면을 가지는 유지판과, 유지판이 착탈 가능하게 장착되는 베이스를 포함한다. 베이스는, 상면으로부터 입설하는 후크를 구비하고, 유지판의 하면에는 후크와 결합하는 오목부가 있고, 후크를 오목부에 수용하면서 유지판과 베이스를 평면 방향에 있어서 비스듬하게 어긋난 상태로부터 중첩하는 위치 관계로 축심 둘레에 상대적으로 회전시킴으로써 후크에 오목부를 감합하여 베이스에 유지판을 고정한다.
