The present invention provides a microbial mixed culture for decomposing phenols, comprising Diaphorobacter sp. and Aquamicrobium sp. and a method for decomposing phenols using the same. 본 발명은 고온에서도 폐수 내의 페놀류를 원활하게 분해할 수 있는 페놀류 분해용 미생물 혼합배양체 및 이를 이용한 페놀류 분해방법을 제공하는 것으로, 본 발명은 디아포로박터(Diaphorobacter) 속 및 아쿠아마이크로비움(Aquamicrobium) 속 미생물을 포함하는, 페놀류 분해용 미생물 혼합배양체 및 이를 이용한 페놀류 분해방법을 제공한다.
