Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to an energy management method, which comprises the steps of: (a) inputting an indoor environmental factor and an energy factor of an indoor space to an input module (100); (b) determining the comfort criterion by a preset method according to the indoor environmental factor in a calculation module (200); (c) calculating, in the calculation module (200), a comfort cost coefficient in the preset method according to the comfort criterion; and (d) determining a building operation state by the comfort cost coefficient calculated in the calculation module (200). 본 발명은 입력모듈(100)에 실내공간의 실내환경인자 및 에너지인자가 입력되는 단계;(b) 연산모듈(200)에서 상기 실내환경인자에 따라 기설정된 방법으로 쾌적기준이 판단되는 단계;(c) 상기 연산모듈(200)에서 상기 쾌적기준에 따라 기설정된 방법으로 쾌적비용계수를 연산하는 단계; 및 (d) 상기 연산모듈(200)에서 상기 연산된 쾌적비용계수로 건물운전상태를 판단하는 단계;를 포함하는 에너지 관리 방법에 관한 것이다.
