Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a measuring method for a welding length using a binary searching way, which is able to move a robot welding torch along a welded part of a subject, make the moving direction and the moving distance of the torch different in accordance with the presence or absence of contact between a wire and the subject when measuring the length of the welded part by making the wire protruding from a nozzle of the torch come in contact with the subject, and measure the length of the welded part within the shortest period of time. In accordance with the present invention, the measuring method for the welding length using the binary searching way is able to measure the length of the welded part (welding length) by inspecting the presence or absence of contact between the wire, which protrudes from the torch, and the welded part at a plurality of places along the welded part of the subject for the work (hereinafter called the subject), comprising: a step of setting a default value; a step of checking a starting point; a step of moving in a first direction; a step of determining the presence or absence of contact; a step of determining whether it is possible to move in the first direction; a step of determining whether it is possible to move in a second direction; a step of moving in the second direction; and a step of checking the ending point.
본 발명은 로봇 용접 토치를 대상물의 용접부위를 따라 이동시키면서, 토치의 노즐로부터 돌출된 와이어가 대상물에 접촉하는 방식으로 용접부위의 길이를 측정할 때, 와이어와 대상물의 접촉 여부에 따라 토치의 이동방향 및 이동거리를 다르게 함으로써 최단시간에 용접부위의 길이를 측정할 수 있도록 하는 이진 탐색방식을 이용한 용접 길이 측정방법을 제안한다. 상기 이진 탐색방식을 이용한 용접 길이 측정방법은, 토치를 작업 대상물(이하 대상물)의 용접부위를 따라 복수의 장소에서 상기 토치로부터 돌출한 와이어와 용접부위의 접촉 여부를 검사하여 용접부위의 길이(용접 길이)를 측정하는 것으로, 초기치 설정단계, 시작지점 확인단계, 제1방향 이동단계, 접촉 여부 판단단계, 제1방향 이동가능 판단단계, 제2방향 이동가능 판단단계, 제2방향 이동단계 및 종료지점 확인단계를 수행한다. |
