Orthodontic Strip

The present invention relates to an orthodontic strip, and more particularly, to an orthodontic strip which polishes between a tooth and a tooth to secure a space into which a prosthesis or the like is inserted. According to the characteristics of the present invention, provided is an orthodontic strip comprising: a support, in which a vertical part having a certain height is connected to two ends of a horizontal part and one side of the vertical part is provided with a connection part into which a shaft of a handpiece is inserted; and a band-shaped polishing blade, which is coupled to and supported by two ends of the vertical part of the support and includes two surfaces each having polishing surfaces formed thereon, wherein a connecting member (130), which has an insert dented groove (132) with one opened side into which two surfaces of the vertical parts of the support are inserted, is integrally formed with two ends of the polishing blade, the vertical part of the support is inserted into the insert dented groove of the connecting member, and contact surfaces of the connecting member and the vertical part of the support are integrally fixedly coupled by laser welding. The two ends of the polishing blade are fixedly coupled by laser welding while surrounding two side surfaces of the vertical part of the support so that a coupling area between the two ends of the polishing blade and the vertical part of the support becomes larger to increase durability. Accordingly, the orthodontic strip of the present invention has an effect that the end of the polishing blade may be prevented from being easily modified or damaged during orthodontic correction, and has also an effect that a negligent accident, which may occur due to separation of the polishing blade from the vertical part of the support and damage, may be prevented. 본 발명은 치아 교정용 스트립에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세히는 치아와 치아 사이를 연마하여 보철물 등이 삽입될 수 있는 공간이 확보되도록 하는 치아 교정용 스트립에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 특징에 따르면, 수평부의 양단에 일정높이의 수직부가 연이어 형성되고 상기 수직부의 일측에는 핸드피스의 샤프트가 끼워지는 연결부가 구비된 지지대와; 상기 지지대의 수직부 양단이 지지 결합되는 것으로 양면에는 연마면이 형성된 띠형상의 연마블레이드로 이루어진 치아 교정용 스트립에 있어서, 상기 지지대의 수직부 양면이 삽입되는 일측 개구된 삽입요홈을 내부에 갖는 결합부재가 상기 연마블레이드의 양단에 일체로 형성되고 상기 결합부재의 삽입요홈에 상기 지지대의 수직부가 삽입 배치되며 상기 결합부재와 상기 지지대의 수직부 접촉면이 레이저 용접에 의해 일체로 고정 결합되어 구성된 치아 교정용 스트립이 제공된다. 이와 같은 본 발명인 치아 교정용 스트립은, 연마블레이드의 양단이 지지대의 수직부 양측면을 감싸면서 레이저 용접에 의해 고정 결합되므로 상기 연마블레이드의 양단과 상기 지지대의 수직부의 결합 면적이 넓어져 내구성이 높아지기 때문에 치과에서 교정을 하는 중에 상기 연마블레이드의 단부가 쉽게 변형되거나 파손되는 것을 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있음은 물론 나아가 상기 지지대의
