Zusammenfassung:	According to one embodiment of the present invention, a GPF regeneration system of a vehicle comprises: a vehicle controller determining whether inertia driving is possible through information received from the outside to be switched into inertia driving, guiding the inertia driving to a driver, and controlling GPF regeneration; and an engine controller determining whether the GPF regeneration is possible and performing the GPF regeneration in response to output of the vehicle controller. 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 차량의 GPF 재생 시스템은 외부에서 수신되는 정보를 통해 관성 주행 가능 여부를 판단하여 관성 주행으로 전환하고, 운전자에게 관성 주행을 안내하고, GPF 재생을 제어하는 차량제어기 및 상기 GPF 재생 가능 여부를 판단하고, 상기 차량제어기의 출력에 대응하여 상기 GPF 재생을 수행하는 엔진제어기를 포함한다.
