The present invention can shield and attenuate a noise magnetic field signal that interferes with the signal measurement of measuring equipment by individually installing an attenuation circuit for each specific equipment, and can improve the accuracy of measurement, and reduce high frequency by performing phase correction corresponding to the phase delay of high frequencies caused by the characteristics of circuit elements. The noise attenuation apparatus includes a hexahedral frame structure, a sensing part, an attenuation control part, and an attenuation part.
