Zusammenfassung:The present disclosure relates to a 5th generation (5G) or pre-5G communication system for supporting a transmission rate higher than a 4th generation (4G) communication system such as long-term evaluation (LTE). In accordance with the present invention, a method for operating a core network in a wireless communication system includes the following steps of: determining content to be stored in a terminal based on position information of the terminal; transmitting a transmission command for the content to a base station so as to transmit the content to the terminal in response to the determination; confirming whether the terminal enters an overload cell; and, if the terminal is confirmed as being in the overload cell, forming a D2D communication link between the terminal and another adjacent terminal. 본 개시는 LTE(Long Term Evolution)와 같은 4G(4th generation) 통신 시스템 이후 보다 높은 데이터 전송률을 지원하기 위한 5G(5th generation) 또는 pre-5G 통신 시스템에 관련된 것이다. 본 개시에 따른 무선 통신 시스템에서 코어 네트워크를 동작하기 위한 방법은, 단말의 위치 정보에 기반하여 상기 단말에 저장할 컨텐츠를 결정하는 과정과, 상기 결정에 대응하여 상기 단말에 상기 컨텐츠를 전송하도록 기지국에 상기 컨텐츠의 전송 명령을 송신하는 과정과, 상기 단말이 과부하 셀에 진입하였는지 확인하는 과정과, 상기 단말이 과부하 셀에 진입한 것으로 확인되는 경우, 상기 단말과 인접한 다른 단말 간에 D2D 통신 링크를 형성하는 과정을 포함한다.
