Zusammenfassung:	An incombustible insulation lime board recycled from waste ready-mixed concrete washing water sludge according to the present invention, as a building material that can replace a gypsum board, which has been widely used as a building material and interior and exterior materials, can be produced through a simple process of mixing and kneading insulating ceramic powder and a liquid binder into waste ready-mixed concrete washing water sludge, forming a plate, and drying the same. Through this, it is possible to reduce the amount of waste while saving resources at the same time, and reduce plant operation costs in various parts while being used as a self-profitable business in a ready-mixed concrete plant. 본 발명에 따른 폐레미콘 세척수 슬러지를 재활용한 불연단열석회보드는 기존에 건축자재 및 내외장재로서 많이 활용되고 있는 석고보드를 대체할 수 있는 건축자재로서 폐레미콘 세척수 슬러지에 단열성의 세라믹분말과 액상 바인더를 혼합, 반죽하여 판상으로 성형하고 건조하는 단순하고 간단한 공정을 거쳐 생산할 수 있다. 이를통해 폐기물의 양을 줄임과 동시에 자원을 절약하고 레미콘 공장에서의 자체 수익사업으로도 가능하며 다양한 부분에서 공장 운영비용을 절감할 수 있는 혁신적인 장점을 가지고 있다.
