Providing Method for information and electronic device supporting the same

According to one embodiment, disclosed is an information providing device, which comprises a display, a camera, an audio processing unit, and a processor operatively connected to the display, the camera and the audio processing unit, wherein the processor is configured to: check whether a user is gazing at the display using the camera when there is information to output; output the information based on a first output speed, when the user is gazing at the display; and output the information based on a second output speed slower than the first output speed, when it is determined that the user is not gazing at the display.
