The extract of Astragalus propinquus leaves fermented with lactobacillus has increased contents of total polyphenol, flavonoid, isoflavonoid, and metabolome substances and an aromatic substance, an excellent antioxidant effect, and increased flavor, thereby being usefully used as an antioxidant functional composition. 본 발명은 젖산균으로 발효시킨 황기 잎의 추출물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 항산화용 기능성 조성물에 관한 것으로, 상기 젖산균으로 발효시킨 황기 잎의 추출물은 총 폴리페놀, 플라보노이드, 이소플라보노이드, 대사체 성분 및 향기 성분의 함량이 증가하고, 항산화 효과가 우수하며 풍미가 증가하므로 항산화용 기능성 조성물로 유용하게 사용할 수 있다.
