A self-assembled material composed of the oligopeptide is non-toxic, and also has an excellent cell and tissue protection effect, and thus can be used in various related industries such as medicine and food as a cryopreservative that can be produced at low cost. 본 발명은 부동단백질에서 중요한 역할을 하는 아미노산만으로 구성된 올리고펩티드가 수용액에서 자기조립 과정을 통해 나노 및 마이크로로 크기로 형성된 물질, 방법에 관한한것미며, 올리고펩티드로 구성된 자기조립 물질은 독성이 없고, 또한 세포 및 조직의 보호 효과가 우수하면서도 저비용으로 생산이 가능한 동결 보존제로 의학, 식품분야등의 다양한 관련 산업에서 활용 가능성이 매우 높다.
