Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a battery cell activation device including: a chamber in which battery cells are accommodated in an inner accommodation space; a charging/discharging unit provided to charge/discharge the battery cells accommodated in the accommodation space; and a degassing unit provided to discharge gas generated during charging/discharging of the battery cells from the battery cells to the outside of the chamber. 본 발명은 전지셀의 활성화 장치에 관한 것으로서, 내부의 수용공간에 전지셀이 수용되게 마련되는 챔버, 상기 수용공간에 수용된 상기 전지셀을 충방전하게 마련되는 충방전부, 및 상기 전지셀의 충방전 중 발생하는 가스를 상기 전지셀로부터 상기 챔버의 외부로 배출하게 마련되는 디개싱부를 포함한다.
