Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a heat radiating pipe with an LED cooling device and a manufacturing method thereof. The heat radiating pipe with an LED cooling device comprises: a heat radiating pipe formed as a double pipe and configured to be divided into an inner pipe and an outer pipe; a donut-shaped fluid passage which forms the outer pipe of the heat radiating pipe; a steam chamber housing coupled to an upper end of an LED heating element, provided with a working fluid in an internal loading space thereof, and configured to cool the LED heating element; a wick having a movement passage formed in the internal loading space of the steam chamber housing and configured to form left and right movement of the working fluid; an upper cap formed in a donut shape and configured to seal an upper end of the heat radiating pipe; a lower cap formed on a lower end of the heat radiating pipe and configured to seal an end corresponding to the inner pipe and open an end corresponding to the outer pipe; and a seating groove formed in an outer surface of the steam chamber housing and configured to seal the end corresponding to the inner pipe of the heat radiating pipe and open the end corresponding to the outer pipe of the heat radiating pipe. The working fluid is circulated in a way that the steam chamber housing attached to an upper end surface of the LED heating element increases a temperature of the working fluid provided in the wick so that the working fluid is evaporated, moved by steam, formed by evaporation, and a natural convection phenomenon, caused by an internal pressure difference, and then cooled by a heat radiating fin attached to the outer pipe of the heat radiating pipe such that the working fluid is returned to the wick by gravity. Accordingly, heat radiating effect of the heat radiating pipe can be enhanced.
본 발명은 LED를 냉각하는 장치가 구비된 방열파이프와 이에 대한 제조방법으로, 이중관으로 형성되어 내측관과 외측관으로 각각 분할구성 되어지는 방열파이프와, 상기 방열파이프의 외측관을 형성하는 도넛모양의 유체 이동통로와, LED발열체의 상단과 결합되고 내부 적재공간에 작동유체가 구비되어 상기 LED발열체를 냉각하는 증기챔버 하우징과, 상기 증기챔버 하우징의 내부 적재공간에 이동통로가 형성되어 상기 작동유체의 좌우 이동을 형성하는 윅과, 도넛 모양으로 형성되어 상기 방열파이프의 상단부를 밀폐하는 상단캡과, 상기 방열파이프의 하단부에 형성되어, 내측관과 대응 되어지는 단부를 밀폐하고 외측관과 대응 되어지는 단부는 개방하는 하단캡과, 상기 증기챔버 하우징의 외면에 형성되어, 상기 방열파이프의 내측관과 대응 되어지는 단부는 밀폐하고, 외측관과 대응 되어지는 단부는 개방하는 안착홈으로 LED를 냉각하는 장치가 구비된 방열파이프가 이루어지며, 발열LED의 상단면에 부착 되어지는 상기 증기챔버 하우징이, 내부 윅내에 구비된 작동유체의 온도를 상승시켜 증발된 증기가 내부압력차에 의해 발생하는 자연대류현상이 상기 작동유체를 이동시키고 방열파이프 외측관에 부착된 방열핀에 의해 냉각되어 중력에 의해 윅으로 귀환 되어짐으로써 작동유체를 순환 시키는것 을 특징으로 한다. |
