Zusammenfassung:A device for measuring the current of a three-phase inverter according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a current detecting element connected to the lower end of one of the three lower switches constituting an inverter; a current measuring part that measures current using the other two lower switches to which the current detecting element is not connected and the current detecting element, and a current correcting part that corrects the second current value and the third current value based on the relationship between the first current value measured using the current detecting element and the second current value and the third current value measured using the two lower switches. The failure of a power input circuit can be diagnosed by using multiple voltage sensing points. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 3 상 인버터의 전류 측정 장치는, 인버터를 구성하는 3개의 하단 스위치 중 하나의 하단 스위치의 하단에 연결되는 전류 검출소자, 전류 검출소자가 연결되지 않은 다른 2개의 하단 스위치 및 전류 검출소자를 이용하여 전류를 측정하는 전류 측정부 및 전류 검출소자를 이용하여 측정한 제1 전류 값과 상기 2개의 하단 스위치를 이용하여 측정한 제2 전류 값 및 제3 전류 값의 관계에 기초하여 제2 전류 값 및 제3 전류 값을 보정하는 전류 보정부를 포함한다.
