Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a variable trap structure of a toilet bowl. According to the present invention, a lower trap unit is rotated by a load of water drained from a tank to open a discharge hole, so that wastewater can be easily discharged even with a small amount of water. In addition, when the wastewater discharge is completed, the lower trap unit is restored by a restoring force of a restoration spring and the discharge hole is closed, so that the structure is simplified and a stable operation is possible. Meanwhile, according to the present invention, when the lower trap unit rotates due to the wastewater discharge, a stopper is in close contact with a lower part of an upper body of an upper trap unit, so rotation of a lower body is controlled stably, durability of a product is increased, and an optimized rotation radius is maintained to facilitate the wastewater discharge. The variable trap structure of the toilet bowl comprises: the upper trap unit (110); the lower trap unit (120); a shaft pin (130); a first corrugated tube (140); a restoration spring (150); a make-up water hose (160); and a second corrugated tube (170).
본 발명은 수조로부터 배수되는 물의 하중에 의해 하부 트랩부를 회전시켜 배출공을 개방하므로 적은 양의 물로도 오수를 쉽게 배출시킬 수 있으며, 오수 배출이 완료되면 복원스프링의 복원력으로 하부 트랩부가 복원되어 배출공을 폐쇄하므로 구조를 간소화함과 아울러 안정적인 작동이 가능하고, 오수 배출로 인해 하부 트랩부가 회전할 때, 스토퍼가 상부 트랩부의 상부몸체 하부에 밀착되므로 하부몸체의 회전을 안정적으로 제어하여 제품의 내구성을 높이고 최적화된 회전반경을 유지하여 오수 배출을 원활하게 하는 양변기의 가변 트랩 구조에 관한 것이다. |
