Zusammenfassung:A smart water system according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a separation unit for removing solid material contained in produced water generated in a crude oil extraction process; a crystallization unit for removing ionic material contained in the produced water that has passed through the separation unit; a storage unit for storing the produced water discharged from the crystallization unit; and a recovery unit for recovering ion components from crystallization sludge discharged from the crystallization unit, wherein smart water is manufactured by injecting the recovered ion components into the storage unit or a transfer line in which the produced water is connected to the storage unit. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 스마트워터 시스템은, 원유 채취공정에서 발생하는 생산수에 포함된 고체상 물질을 제거하는 분리부; 상기 분리부를 통과한 상기 생산수에 포함된 이온성 물질을 제거하는 결정화부; 상기 결정화부에서 배출된 상기 생산수를 저장하는 저장부; 및 상기 결정화부에서 배출된 결정화슬러지에서 이온성분을 회수하는 회수부를 포함하고, 상기 회수된 이온성분을 상기 저장부 또는 상기 생산수가 상기 저장부로 연결되는 이송라인에 주입하여 스마트워터를 제조하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
