Zusammenfassung:	The present invention provides an LED lighting system eliminating shaded areas and an LED lighting device used therefor, which includes: a housing; an LED light source installed in the housing and generating light; a lens unit installed in the housing, passing the light generated by the LED light source, and directing it to a side thereof; and a refracting unit installed on the outside of the housing and refracting horizontally incident light through the lens unit to guide the incident to a shaded area. 본 발명은, 하우징; 상기 하우징에 설치되고, 빛을 발생시키는 LED 광원; 상기 하우징에 설치되고, 상기 LED 광원에서 발생한 빛을 통과시켜, 측방으로 지향시키는 렌즈부; 및 상기 하우징의 외측에 설치되고, 상기 렌즈부를 통해 수평하게 입사된 빛을 굴절시켜 음영 지역으로 안내하는 굴절부를 포함하는, 음영 구역을 해소하는 LED 조명 시스템 및 그에 사용되는 LED 조명 디바이스를 제공한다.
