Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a polyimide-based film having excellent mechanical and optical properties, and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein the polyimide-based film includes an aromatic dianhydride compound, an aromatic diamine compound, and a polyimide and/or polyamideimide derived from a dicarbonyl compound. The AFM modulus of a first surface is 40 to 90 MPa, the AFM modulus of a second surface opposite to the first surface is 45 to 95 MPa, and the difference between the AFM modules of the first surface and the second surface satisfies 15 MPa or less. 구현예는 방향족 디안하이드라이드 화합물, 방향족 디아민 화합물 및 디카르보닐 화합물로부터 유도된 폴리이미드 및/또는 폴리아마이드이미드를 포함하고, 제1면의 AFM 모듈러스가 40 내지 90 MPa이고, 상기 제1면에 대향하는 제2면의 AFM 모듈러스가 45 내지 95 MPa이며, 상기 제1면 및 제2면의 AFM 모듈러스의 차가 15 MPa 이하를 만족함으로써, 기계적 물성 및 광학적 물성이 우수한 폴리이미드계 필름 및 이의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.
