Zusammenfassung: | Disclosed is a method for manufacturing chalcogenide glass comprising a non-distillation purification process, wherein the method includes the steps of: purifying a mixture of Ge, Sb, and Se; and synthesizing the mixture by melting the mixture. In the step for purifying the mixture, the mixture is put into a glass container and a vacuum pump is connected to heat the glass container to 220 to 280 degrees while vacuum-pumping the inside of the glass container. Since impurities such as SeO are removed, infrared optical lens glass for molding having good properties can be manufactured with high process efficiency.
비증류식 정제 과정을 포함하는 칼코게나이드 유리 제조방법이 개시된다. 이는 Ge, Sb, 및 Se의 혼합물을 정제하는 단계와, 혼합물을 용융하여 합성하는 단계를 포함한다. 혼합물을 정제하는 단계는 혼합물을 유리 용기에 투입하고 진공펌프를 연결하여 유리 용기 내를 진공 펌핑한 상태에서 220 내지 280도로 유리 용기를 가열한다. SeO와 같은 불순물이 제거되어 양호한 특성을 가지는 몰딩 성형용 적외선 광학렌즈 유리가 높은 공정 효율로 제조될 수 있다. |
