Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a road surface dangerous object detecting and rewarding system, comprising: an image acquiring unit (110) providing a vehicle black box function to a driver and acquiring an image of a road surface by using a camera, a GPS, a gyro sensor, etc. embedded in a smartphone; an image pre-processing unit detecting dangerous elements from the image in real time and pre-processing the dangerous elements into a preferred transmission target group and a general transmission target group; an image transmission unit (130) transmitting the image, wherein the image transmission unit (130) includes an intelligent network selection unit (131) recognizing a crossroad and a temporary waiting state to intelligently select a public network, a private Wi-Fi network (in general, free of charge) and a mobile network of a user; an artificial intelligence data analysis unit (410) profiling and informatizing the dangerous elements on a road through analysis in the processed image by means of artificial intelligence; and a database processing unit (420) systematically storing the analyzed information in a database; an integrated control center (600) formed of a system representing all processed information such that various kinds of information can be easily identified in accordance with the right of a chief officer, a city officer, a management officer, a repair officer, etc.; and a proof-of-work selection unit (500) detecting the sharpest and most definite dangerous element on the road among proofs of work with respect to similar detection image providing works from participants at points of 50 m or so of radius based on position information, making a selection with respect to contributed proofs of work, selecting a corresponding proof of work, and providing a reward with respect to the proof of work to guide continuous participation.
