Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a complex of a Lactobacillus plantarum LRCC5195 strain and isomaltooligosaccharide, and uses thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to: a complex prepared by mixing isomaltooligosaccharide and a Lactobacillus plantarum LRCC5195 strain which is a novel lactic acid bacterium, and has an effect of inhibiting inflammatory cytokine expression and nitric oxide (NO) production, which is an inflammatory mediator; and uses of the complex for alleviating or alleviating atopic dermatitis. 본 발명은 락토바실러스 플랜타럼 LRCC5195(Lactobacillus plantarum LRCC5195) 균주 및 이소말토올리고당 복합체, 및 이의 용도에 관한 것이다. 보다 상세하게는, 염증성 사이토카인 발현 및 염증 매개 인자인 산화질소(nitric oxide, NO) 생성을 저해하는 효과를 갖는, 신규한 유산균인 락토바실러스 플랜타럼 LRCC5195 균주와 이소말토올리고당을 혼합하여 제조한 복합체 및 이의 아토피 피부염 완화 또는 개선 용도에 관한 것이다.
